MTTM is a melting pot of music news, reviews, interviews, galleries and musical ramblings from female writers and photographers all over the UK. Everyone contributes pieces about artists they love, find interesting or have recently discovered, so we cover an eclectic mixture of musical genres.
In 2010 we realised that women are under-represented in both music journalism and music photography and set to re-address the balance. We wanted to create a website that celebrates the talents of women, and aims to empower them by creating a virtual women only space to explore and develop their passions.
