When did you begin making music, and did you ever ponder a different career?

My first introduction to the music business was when I got on The Voice. I was so overwhelmed that I left my biology studies and never got to finish my first degree. I wanted to be a doctor, but the music drug was addictive and made me forget everything else.. so The Voice helped a lot! I’m grateful every day that I’m getting to do what I love most- music.

How would you describe your music?

It’s a combination of electro-pop and ethnic rock, very energetic and I always add to it some of my own personal ethnic-touch.

What have you been up to so far and what can we expect over the coming months?

I’ve been working for over a year on my debut album “Walking On A Tightrope” (a song i co-wrote with Karen Pool). We’ve got some amazing songs that I can’t wait to share with the world and tour with!
A few months ago I supported Queen+Adam Lambert which was an epic experience and I know my management are working my on another possibly to support some other artists. Making music and touring is the best way to reach your audience and fans. Performing and working with legendary artists and musicians is a great privilege as I learn so much from them.

If you could duet with anybody who would it be and why?

For the moment- Ed Sheeran. I would also marry him if I could.

What’s your desert island disc and why would you take this one album?

Curtain Call- Eminem. I never get tired of this album! Eminem is a genius and he knows it. Never a dull moment with this album!
