When did you begin making music, and did you ever ponder a different career?

I started making music very early on, I was around 6 when I was given a guitar and my passion started then. I pondered many things in terms of work and for a while I worked for a news company in the city but always had dreams of one day making a living from music.

How would you describe your music?

My music has elements of soul, country, blues and folk, I tend to gravitate towards country although its not unknown for me to introduce a little flamenco. I try not to restrict myself in terms of genre, if it feels right then my songs will move in that direction.

What have you been up to so far and what can we expect over the coming months?

I’m constantly writing, playing live on the streets of London, I’m planning to record a new album and would love to go to Nashville to do that…

If you could duet with anybody who would it be and why?

Nelly Furtado, I like her approach t songs and she always adds something special to recordings.

What’s your desert island disc and why would you take this one album?

I’d rather take sunscreen if honest but if I had to choose it would be Vivaldi four seasons… For me it’s the closest thing to peaceful.
