With less than 100 days until the hallowed gates of Worthy Farm are re-opened, and with resale tickets due for release on the 24th and 27th April, the first acts have now been released. True to Glastonbury form it’s an eclectic mix with sees hotly tipped Kasabian join Arcade Fire on the Pyramid Stage headline slots.

Elsewhere upcoming bands like London Grammar, Chvrches and Courtney Barnett nestle up with more establish acts such as The Manic Street Preachers and Lily Allen. With pop, folk, rock and indie music all getting their place on the list, those with tickets who are less persuaded by the first wave of names need not despair, as this represents just a small amount of the bands who will be added to the final line up.
