When did you begin making music, and did you ever ponder a different career?
I started playing the piano in a classical music school when I was 5 years old and then I started recording my own ideas when I discovered my first D.A.W (Digital Audio Workstation) at the age of 16. But since a music career is really unstable, I completed an architecture degree in case music wouldn’t work out for me.
How would you describe your music?
My music is a mixture of catchy emotional melodies, traditional instruments and cool housy drums.
What have you been up to so far and what can we expect over the coming months?
I’m releasing my Red River EP at the beginning of 2016 with some really dope remixes from some producer friends and also with an emotional piano version that I did by myself. I’m also already working on my second single that is coming out really soon, too 🙂
If you could duet with anybody who would it be and why?
It’s really tough to choose someone since there are so many great artists out there… Sam Smith, Adele, Pharrell Williams, The Weeknd… so many.
What’s your desert island disc and why would you take this one album?
Probably “Thriller” or “Bad” from Michael Jackson. They’re both so perfect but different. “Thriller” on the one hand is really funky and chill and “Bad” on the other hand is more aggressive and badass…it would really depend on my mood. At the moment I would choose “Thriller” I guess.
